The owners are keen to welcome persons who would like to help out, in an unpaid position, with the day-to-day running of the homestead, in a long or short-term capacity. The role is to assist in maintaining the gardens and helping with the running of tours and functions. 

This experience may suit people who are frustrated gardeners, having left their own piece of earth behind to go on the road, or have never had an opportunity to see what they can do on a slice of decent soil with good quality river water on tap.  which is the purpose of the section of garden set aside as "Community Garden". 

It would also appeal to those who enjoy meeting and interacting with people and who would like to learn to tell the Bullamon story and show people around the homestead and outbuildings. 

The right people are self-sufficient campers as we offer free on-site camping so you can enjoy our serenity too. Possible casual work may be available in addition to this role in the town or on local properties.
